New To Market Samurai - Advice?

I'm new to Market Samurai and have been playing with it a bit. I'd like to hear from some experienced users as to what statistics you consider when looking for a good keyword? Which stats do you look at and what are acceptable values for you to roll with that keyword?

When I'm looking for keywords I will set the SEOT to 80 or higher, phrase-to-broad to 15 and the other stat I look at is SEOC which ideally will be below 30,000 but sometimes I will go up to 100,000 or even 200,000 depending on how the top 10 sites look for that keyword.

That is the other thing I look at - go into SEO Competition and look at the top 10 and see how many backlinks each site has and whether they would be easy or difficult to beat.

Excellent, thank you. I'm going to play with those settings a bit.

      Happy Ranking!
Working on the videos as of last night. Was just curious how real world marketers use it. I know with other software I use certain methods and skip over some features that aren't as useful.

The Market Samurai Dojo is an increadibly powerful reference for all aspects of the software and internet marketing in general. The tutorials alone are a credit to the creators.

I found that tweaking the settings slightly, notch this up by 10, reduce that by 1000 etc really helps narrowing down on profitable keywords.

If your a fully paid up member the keyword research tool is just the tip of the iceberg.

I just started getting into the Dojo and so far I'm enjoying it a lot and learning a ton.

Market Samurai just keeps getting better and better.

Ditto on watching the videos, and more than once.

And now it comes with preset filters. You can also save your own filters. Very nice.
