How To Use Online Techniques Doing Offline CPA?

I have no offline cpa experience at all. I just have some online affiliate marketing experience. I'm thinking that maybe I can use online marketing techniques to promote offline business. But I'm not sure whether it's doable. Can you give me some suggestions if you have some experience of it? Thanks.

      O.K. I'll make it more clear. I don't have my own offline business. I mean that can I use online marketing techniques promoting other people's business just like I'm promoting others' products in Clickbank? For example, there is a gym selling membership cards. I say to the owner:" Hi, can I help you to sell the membership cards? Can you give me 10% commission for each card I sell for you?" Then I just promote his card at internet. Is this business module doable?

    it's doable if you're able to generate the right traffic. you'll need a way to track the sales as well. i would weigh out the pros and cons of this. you could end up doing a ton of work for only a few bucks. you'll really need to think outside the box for this type of marketing.
