How to sell unique product with unique bonus, sales letter, website design and domain?

I have created a unique e-Book, health related but NOT weight-loss, treat-acne or any other disease related type.
The book is 60 pages long full with great value information. Info gathered from +30 books and lots of websites. So what this book is offering is time plus info.
There is also a bonus e-book of 25 pages. These e-books are different from what is out there on the market.

I have a unique sales letter of 1400 words for the primary e-book and a 800 words 'sales-letter' for the bonus e-book(I planned to give the bonus e-book for free even if the buyer doesn't buy the product).

Both e-books have custom created, great looking covers. A custom created website design with graphics, and the sales letter inside. I also registered a domain for it two months ago(before I started to work on the product). The website also has an affiliates page with banners, two articles, keywords and everything affiliates need to promote this product.

The 'problem' I'm having now is that I don't have more money to invest in marketing, to promote the product(and I don't have much experience to do that) so I decided to sell them to somebody who can continue with it.

What I don't know is how to find a buyer for them. Releasing info about the product name/content will just give others ideas and maybe somebody will get a similar product published before I sell these.

Did anyone sold a similar package? Do you know how I can find a buyer and the safes method for this?

If I don't find something safe I will publish it myself in the next few months.

Without giving information on the niche I doubt many people would be interested.

However you could market yourself and use free traffic systems such as forum advertising, facebook etc

I agree there are plenty of ways for you to market your product without investing money. Once you start making some sales I would invest in hosting your product through affiliate marketing and let others sell your product so you do not have to!

Yes, that's true. It's only that giving info is 'killing' your sale in two ways: firstly there are the guys who are looking for ideas and second the potential buyer may think that now after people saw the idea maybe is already published elsewhere.

I know that place and more for selling websites but this product is not yet published. I think that maybe it would be better to publish it first, get it approved on CB or on a similar website and then sell it.

I'd definitely get it approved on CB first, make some sales and then sell... that way )if you still want to sell) you could sell it for much more

Since you already have the product and all...

If you are willing to share the niche, you can put something in the JV section of the forum and find someone who may be willing to help you sort it all out.

You might find someone with a list that is ready to purchase and get you some quick funds.

Flippa.com is a good place for selling sites. I've sold a couple on there particularly with unique products.

Why people are not stopping this pathetic attitude?

Want to sell some stuff, so cheap to pay $20 or $40 to get their stuff listed in the paid sections, then try to play smart and post their "for-sale" stuff on the general forum in the form of "plz help me" threads, hoping that some interested buyer will shot them a pm with an offer...

I think there should be a rule to prevent such threads to be posted here on the general forum...

I don't think that was his intention...

Plz read the post again carefully, and till me why someone looking for help is pitching his/her product and telling us "how great it is"?

You're right-.... He IS "selling" his stuff in the description of his product... And I could be wrong... But then again, so could you

Maybe, his intention really is to get help from experienced warriors (and maybe he's hoping that someone will contact him with an offer)...

My point is that neither of us can know for sure... If you believe that he is just using the forum to make people buy his stuff, then you should report him and let the mods make the final decision...

I gave some info as I wanted to hear back from people who were in a similar situation, maybe you read the final questions:
Did anyone sold a similar package? Do you know how I can find a buyer and the safes method for this?

I wasn't looking to get offers from this post. I said that I'm looking for a safe way to do this(if there is one) so getting an offer from this post doesn't count as safe(in the way I asked). If I want to sell something and I'm looking for offers I post it into a place like flippa, warrior's paid section or DP's marketplace.
Maybe I didn't asked in the right way but what I wanted was advice from people who have done that before. thank you
