Customer Is Not Closing Paypal Dispute...

I had a customer who opened a dispute claiming that he didnt get the product...and 14 days ago I answered with the download link on the dispute and then he never replied or closed the dispute...I also emailed him asking to close the dispute but he didnt...

what should I do ?

    Hi

    contact paypal directly and explain the situation they will contact him which should prompt him to close the dispute.

    Just contact PayPal and remind them that digital downloads are not covered by their policy and they will probably close it for you, especially if you tell them the product has been delivered.

    Try getting to him one more time, and if he still doesnt reply, then contact paypal and let them know

    At least you give them notice beforehand of the matter, so you dun seem like the "bad guy" if the customer decides to play dirty and demand money from you even after he gets the product.

    Do nothing, Paypal will close the dispute in your favor in a few days if the customer does not respond.

      Exactly..just post a reply on the dispute board that you've already sent the download link, on time PayPal will close it in your favor.

      That's what I thought...has been 14 days already though...but yep i guess paypal will close the dispute any day...just wanted to hear your opinion

    If you sent the link via the PayPal system,
    you've proved that you've re-delivered the
    product they've paid for. Just sit tight, and
    PayPal will close the dispute.
