What is the Largest List You Can Buy?

I was watching a PBS documentary about Karl Rove (quite inspiring stuff) and they casually mentioned buying a single list with over 200 million names. I think they said it was via Dun & Bradstreet, but I cannot find anything on their site(s) that fits the bill.

Does anyone here know what the King Kong champion for rentable/buyable list size is? Any help appreciated!

Build your own your just gonna be buying a spam list that is all over the place.

It will be useless to you build your own double opt-in Aweber list and do it correctly.

I'm not asking for the biggest possible megaphone to tell the world about my ebook.

I'm just asking what the upper boundary is on buyable/rentable list size. This question is driven by curiosity -- not my new marketing plan.
