Outsource Training

As some of you know I have outsourced alot of my blogging tasks and website stuff. I have a question on this since it is my first rodeo. If you outsource some of your work and your following a program or system from a ebook do you send your contractors the ebook to study or do you train them more hands on or both?

    I create my people videos showing them exactly how to do what I want them to do. That way there is no misunderstanding.

    Then if they do something wrong, you can either quickly point out the error and have them watch that part of the video again, or you could find out you didn't explain it very well in your video - so create a new one to teach them better.

    I use teamviewer for a demo of the technical stuff.

    Don't let them know the secret coz they might quit and do it for themselves later. :p

    You should definitely provide any training material that you buy to your team members (outsourcing team). It would be crazy no to.

    This is exactly what I do. I test out new models by purchasing training material and having my guys implement it.

    Thats what I wanted to do. I got Donny Gambles E-BOOK on blogging and it is STEP BY STEP super easy to follow and very detailed. Instead of taking all these different things out I wanted to just give it to them and have them implement it.
