Help, how to build a subscribers list

I have $400 dollars to invest in adwords,
and I am thinking to build a list about weight loss.
I am a very good in designing landinpages/squeeze pages
my problem is one this one:
I dont know how to write email sequencies, I was thinking to promote clickbank produts or even phisical abstraining products, but writing sequencies, I have no clue.
So I was hoping some1 could help me writting sequece messeges, I can even offer JV after I get a substancional list volume.
PPC would be the traffic source for building the list.
