Ordered an ebook here and have not recieved it, can someone help me or point me to someone who can?

Hi room,

I purchased an e-book here 3 days ago. It was suppose to be an instant download and I paid it with my paypal for $27.00. Still have not received it, can anyone here tell me whom I could/should contact? Here is the link to the book. If you look at the posts at the bottom you will see another person who did not receive their download either. I cannot put the link to the book here since I am a new member but its called the Bankruptcy recovery book.

    Email the person who sold it to you. If there's no contact info in the WSO thread, then use the person's PayPal email.

    You need to contact the person you bought it from. Post in the thread here on the forum that you didn't receive the download. Email the customer support email included in your PayPal receipt. If you don't hear anything for a few days, go to PayPal and open a dispute.

    Do try to give the person at least a few days, though, unless you see them posting and ignoring you. Things do come up off line that could prevent someone from answering right away.

      You were right to post in his thread, though I see no reply. Your vendor's most recent post here was on September 3rd. I think you'd be well advised to seek ways of contacting him outside this forum, too. If you fail to make contact, you can always ask PayPal to reverse the transaction because of non-delivery. I'd certainly try his PayPal email address first, though. Good luck!

    Thanks everyone, I just sent an email to the email address from the Paypal transaction. I can't send a Private message to them here yet as I am new. I will see if I get a response back from the paypal email address. Thanks for your help.
