How about setting up a lead generating site and selling mortgage leads to brokers?

      Sounds interesting...

What are the info that I need to collect?

Do you know of a lead broker that would accept such lead?

      Thanks PurplePlant!

I would have concern that you would need to check the laws on that idea first before setting up a lead site of your own and attempting to sell to brokers.

So many laws have come and gone in the mortgage industry that you can't be too careful.

Yeah, there is money to be made from selling leads, google search mortgage leads, refinance leads.

Leads can go from $10 to $30 a lead.

The info to collect, that depends I would recommend looking at mortgage sites (Usually the PPC ones, but also just the organic pages, also look at trulia, zillow and see what they want) and see what they have. I would include name/email/phone/amount/state - just so you can know where the lead is at.

I run a lead gen site for mortgage leads, shortsales etc so if you need any help/more info just drop me a PM

Just here to see the shenanigans.
