ranking your site or your article

Can you succeed in article marketing without a website? I am interested in promotions in many niches, and outsourcing much of the work, but If can I really succeed, if I don't have a website ( blog )

I know you make more money with a list, but intitially I want to focus on getting original content ranked with articles.

Any suggestions would be great

Thanks but I am more interested in how to use article marketing, with out a website.

I want to write articles, without a blog and have them rank well for the chosen kws I have?

Is it possible, or should I just suck it up and build a blog?

I would definitely recommend building a blog. You could send visitors to a squeeze page instead of never knowing where they went.

Articles -> Squeeze Page -> Product Offer on confirmation

You would then be able to market to them when you send out emails.

However, if you were just to write articles, it is absolutely possible to just write articles and them direct them to the offer. Just do some good keyword research and you should be able to rank in the top 10 or 20 with 0 backlinking. Then you can throw a couple of backlinks at the article to get it to a higher position. To use this method, you could buy a cheap .info domain and then have it redirect to the product page.

    Hi,

Yes, it is possible =) you just need to stay consistent and make a set goal on how many articles you are going to write each day then send them to the article directories then direct them to your squeeze page or offer =) consistency is the key. I have seen many warriors make a killing out of this strategy =)

If you want to write articles than you can start doing guest blogging and after some time you can do paid services for them.

Yeah, at least post the articles to your site first so your site gets the credit for them and not the directories, then you can submit them to directories.

Sorry, kinda got off track there.

Uh, what's the question? Oh yeah, you have to send them somewhere, I suggest at least a blog with an email opt in or some affiliate links. Not sure why you would submit articles to directories without having anything to send them to. ?

If I we're you.... Why not create a blog and compile all your articles.... And put adsense on it and you can gain extra $$.

If you don't want a website at all, then conversions might fall off.

If you are ready to make a free website (weebly and such), then just write a small review (500 words) and link all your articles to the free weebly blog.

You can make money through 999999999 ways online and each one is more efficient than the other.

Cheers, have fun & Good luck

It's possible, but it may really be stacking the deck against yourself.

That said, it's clearly very much easier to do successfully for some CPA offers than it is for affiliate marketing of products/services. The two fundamental requirements for selling products as an affiliate are (i) pre-selling effectively (much more effectively than you can do with just article directory articles) and (ii) building a list. Clearly, you can't do either of these things without a website.

I'm interested to know why you don't want a website.

But if you want to avoid websites, I would definitely be looking at CPA offers and not at affiliate marketing of products/services.

To get them ranked on other people's sites rather than on your own, for affiliate marketing, is a fundamentally misguided approach. You'll be working mostly toward building up other people's sites and businesses for them. Sorry.

If i was to build a blog per niche.

How would I optimize it for that niche? Any resources you can point me too?

So, all articles I write I should post to my site first, Ping, wait for indexing and once indexed, send same copy to ezine ariticles and the rest.........Is that the correct order

      Certainly.

I work on the basis of one blog/site per niche (not one per product), as my "main money site".

It is really getting harder to use the article directories or content sites without a website. Many do not allow you to link directly to your affiliate offer. Some do and some allow redirects but I personally have found that sending readers to my website first then to the offer is the best practice.

In addition, you want to think long term. Article directories can delete your articles, go out of business, change the rules etc. at any time.

You need to think in terms of building your business, not their business. Think of article directories as a tool to use to build your site. A site that you own and have control over.

It sounds like you may have lots of ideas bouncing around and you can't pick one so you are thinking of using the directories to get a variety of niche product ideas out there. Is that correct?

If you just want to "play" with ideas and not spend time to put them on a site, put your articles on Get Paid To Post sites that pay you by Adsense clicks. PM me if you want a Free list of these sites.

Once you see what is profitable with the pay per click sites, build your own website or sites. This way you can zero in on the niches that are more likely to work.

No, I have done a lot of research, I have had some success with ppc and other mediums of promotion, but I am "going organic" and trying to see if I can develop perpetual income from content.

My questions are to do with the best approach. I have many products and many niches I want to enter into and I am just seeking input on the best approach to article marketing in a Niche.

I want to do original content, and originally I thought I could do direct linking, more as a way to save time, ( day job issues) but if building a List is still the order of the day, I guess setting up a blog, and a autoresponder sequence is part of the process for each niche.

Like I said, i have a lot of little questions as to approach and I appreciate your input

    Hey there,

All of the people that I know that
earn 6 or 7 figures, have their own blog,
and it definitely is a must for the serious
    internet marketer.

It´s the IDEAL place to position yourself
as a leader, and it´s also the center
    for your content and marketing.

There might be other options, but
as far as I´m concerned this is
BY FAR the most effective one.

    Hope this helps.

    All the best,

    Gerald
