looking for how many members outsource a majority of their work.

how much do you outsource?

    I started outsourcing as a way to build links to my main money site and improve my rankings. It has worked nicely. Since then I've expanded into using outsourcers to test strategies at low cost.

    I hire FULL TIME people in the Philippines. I train them on affiliate marketing techniques and then I have them create review sites, mini sites, or whatever we want to try. Mostly I am a fan of the review site, and we've done many of them.

    What I have found is that if you do a reasonably good job of assessing the competition you WILL make money publishing reviews, and promoting them with article marketing (to get links).

    It is NOT possible to fail if you:

    1) take action
    2) know what outcome you are after
    3) observe what outcomes you are getting and alter course as required.
