Forgot I had this site, GOOD Traffic, but now what?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey guys,

I have a good auto-content site that is done right and pulls in 2400+ uniques/month.

I had completely left this one by the wayside, but went to my analytics the other day and just noticed it.

Can I get you guys to tell me the best way to monetize it? It's in the Real Estate - Renovations niche.

From experience on those types of blogs - is it better to:

AdSense
Affiliate
Give away something and just capture emails
Combination of the Above
Something more clever

I have totally done that myself!

I would say #1 and #3 for sure. Throw #2 in for good measure.

Does you analytics favor any city.... what I mean is can you see that one city has like 15% of the traffic or high numbers.... Because then what you could do is hire the site out to an offline company specialising in this at a fixed fee,

And charge extra for seo services.

Thanks for all the suggestions... As mentioned, it seems that testing is the best and AdSense for sure...

I like the idea of Offlining it with SEO Services... May explore that if the analytics speak to it...

Test, test and test some more. Your idea of going offline with it is also good, you can do this alongside the others aswell. Multiple streams of income
