Traffic dropped after moving to VPS

Hello, Warrior:
Three days ago, i upgraded my account from hostgator's shared-hosting to VPS to increase user experience for high download speed, however, i met a problem that disappointed me: traffic for one of my website dropped 40 percent after moving to the new place.
Anyone else here met similar problem, how did you fix it?
Thank you in advance.

Nah, I don't think moving hosts is the issue at all. Check your rankings to make sure you haven't dropped off or just give it a week and see if the traffic jumps back up.

That doesn't seem like it should be the case. Did you change DNS info? It's possible that the site could have been down for a period of time while the DNS changes were happening.

If your home page takes more time to load, that could explain the drop.

VPS can be a lot slower than a shared hosting.

    Hello, Ryan:
Yes, i changed DNS info too.
I have three websites in my account. two sites with .com extension run as well as before, however, traffic with the website with .cn extension dropped greatly. Maybe the drop is because of DNS changing?

    Hello, Mad. Hat:
There is no changing in ranking.
