I am a real Newbie but have 2 niche sites that are finally completed ( Affiliate sites ) and I do know about article posting. Is this the best way to market my sites and if not I sure would appreciate some info on other methods that get good results. I do not mind spending money but do want results. As u can see I am from Central Fl. Near Disney and if u help me I will introduce u to Mickey Mouse. Just kidding thankfully I live 25 miles North of Disney so we get to miss all the tourist traffic,

Hey mblount! Here is my 2 cents. There isn't so much a singular best way to market your sites. Every marketing method has it's own benefits. My greatest success has come from doing a combination of 3 or 4 different marketing activities. The whole key is to do them everyday.

Article marketing is good. It can help your seo. The article it's self can show up on the first page of the big G. You establish credibility with your readers. You can get traffic directly from the articles. On the down side, if you are only doing article marketing, be prepared to write several articles every day and be prepared to wait. You are probably not going to see an enormous amount of traffic right away. Article marketing is more of a long term strategy.

Video marketing can be very, very effective and relatively quick. Especially if you have a fairly low competition niche.

Facebook is quickly becoming one of my favorite marketing places. The PPC through Facebook ads is great! The targeting that you can do is amazing. The cpc is quite a bit lower than you know who. The other aspect to Facebook marketing is the social aspect, which honestly, I just haven't had the time to run with yet. But you can bet I definitely will be. Relationships. That's what it's about on Facebook.

If I were starting over right now and I was going to choose only one vehicle for my marketing, it would be video marketing. With video you can drive traffic, build rapport and relationships, pre-sell, sell and create a product to boot!

One word of caution, though. If you are not thoroughly versed in PPC marketing or if you do not have at least $500 to $1,000 per month for at least 6 months to dedicate to a PPC campaign, I would steer clear of it. Take some PPC training from a couple different trainers and then give it a go. It's a great way to market, but it can also break you. I can attest to that.

Hope that helps. Let me know if I can answer any questions. I'll help if I can, if not, I'll direct you to someone who can, and if I can't do that I'll at least cheer you on!

I would agree with Thomas above that you should try a number of different ways. The benefit of this is that you have backlinks coming in from all kinds of places which will ultimately help.

Different niches work differently, too, so you may find that certain types of marketing work better for your site than others. Just keep working at it and watch how your sites are doing each day.
