where is it pulling the opt in data from?
can is there a way to do this to normal opt in forms not just blog opt in forms?

    I believe it works as a Wordpress plugin so will be on blogs - though of course you can use blogs to create any kind of page.

    I have this plugin and it gets the opt in data simply from what people may have used on your site before. if they've commented, that's where it gets their email and name from to prefill the form.

    I really like this plugin though I haven't tested it fully yet. I especially like the fact that you can add it to blog comment forms.

    The good thing is it comes with very detailed instructions to get it all up and running.
