Please Help - Mass Article Control

I really need HELP from someone who has knowledge regarding the "Mass Article Control" software as I am totally CONFUSED...!

I recently purchased this as a software package with the submitter. The software advertised as Mass Article Control downloaded and installed as Mass Article Creator.

BIG QUESTION: Are they one and the same?

I am having major problems with Mass Article Creator because I cannot use it. There were absolutely no instructions provided on how to use the software. I tried finding a video on the internet and only found those that show how to install - not anything on HOW TO USE IT.

I am new to the Warriors Forum and have seen comments in one of the other Warrior Threads about the video on the sales page and have checked the sales page over and over again and don't see any video for the control/creator. I tried to post a message there but the forum won't allow me to do that, because I am new.

When I open the software, there is an area in the top right hand section that is empty with just the words "Not Found The requested URL /banners.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.17 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.17 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.9 Server at massarticlecreator.com Port 80"

Obviously it is supposed to go to a website - but there is nothing there! I have taken a picture of the way the software looks when I open it but don't think I can upload the picture here.

I am hoping that someone can help me please! :confused:

    Hi there Cathy yes the creator is where you create the articles, i'm surprised that you can't find any instructions with your purchase.

    It was sold by the original owners a while back, i don't know if that affects things at all.

    I did have mass article control but after using it i definitely prefer magic article rewriter.

    Thanks so much for your response.

    No instructions received at all... I just can't believe my luck. There must be something wrong with the one I received because of the blank space up in that right hand corner that leads to nowhere.

    Do you happen to know where there is a video that explains how to use it? I feel like I have been ripped off.

    Hey. I unfortunately bought that software. It is now sitting in my computer and I definitely asked for a refund. Because it has many technical problems, When I tried submitting an article, It only submitted to 4 article directories (I bought the upsell, that contained 10 more article directories. In the end I had 20 directories) But it was a waist of time. I could even say that it is easier to submit your article by yourself... Plus, when I tried to create an article by changing some words using the software, In the end I had to rewrite by hand the article because it didnt make any sense.

    My opinion: Dont waist your time in these kind of softwares because they arent always accurate.

    P.s: Pay someone to write articles for you, and spend 1-2 hours submitting your article to the article directories. It is better to do it the hard way because in the end it's worth it.

      I appreciate your reply. Haven't even bothered with the submitter yet... as I am so focused on the problems with the creator and really upset. I really thought the creator would make my life alittle easier, but guess not.

    is there a support email you can contact them on?

    It does actually have a very high refund rate from the last time i checked their stats.

    Try and contact them and failing that do a search on youtube for any videos there on Mass Article Control, failing that consider a refund.

      No... there isn't any support email anywhere... I tried contacting the person I bought it from and received nothing back.

      I tried looking on utube for a video on how to use it, but all I found where the ones that show how to install it.

      I truly wish I would have done a search for reviews before I purchased it. When I finally did a search it brought me straight to this forum to another thread.
