How to make paypal account ?

i am already have a few sites that a good traffic and unique content.
i want to make money from them, but i don't have a paypal ID yet.

so, i want to register with paypal and do this job.

how i registering with paypal ?
what rule and term with them, because i always read someone had a problem with their account has limited and can't get their money.

i am so afraid and confuses.
what the first thing that i have to prepare and avoid ?

    Just register at the website; it's free. The horror stories you hear shouldn't stop you from doing internet marketing. There's nothing you can really do to avoid their bull**** account freezes, to be honest.

    well, problems occur just about anywhere; of course people have issues with paypal sometimes, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't use it; after all, internet marketing relies heavily on paypal and other similar services. paypal is the best there is, the registration is easy and the limitations, well, i have no idea in what country you reside, so i can't tell if you'll have any problems with that; register, check things out and see how it goes; if you have further problems, well, we're here to help

    Don't be afraid of moving forward and achieving in your life.To go forward we must take risk ,risk is everywhere.

    Go to paypal and set up an acct. Follow the steps they have outline. After you set up. merely put in your email acct you have established at paypal. Good luck with the sites

    you can go to paypal dot com. well, you can have a secure money in the paypal, you must just verified the account then your in. Have a good password. And always remember to avoid things which are concerning the Terms and Conditions.

    Always READ the terms and rules... and act accordingly. It doesn't mean you are 100% safe but the chances might be less.

    Don't create "personal" account because it is not good for business. You need premier or business type account!

    Know what your goals are and know your metrics.

    It may make sense for you to get "Website Payments Pro".

    A good number of members have had their accounts shut down for various reasons.

    The reason that I say that you need to know your metrics is that Websites Payments Pro costs $30/month, as well as the fact that Paypal holds 30% of your money for 90 days.

    If you are at that point with the money you make, and you are going to rely on Paypal in your business, it might be the best option, especially if you expect to do a launch or a bunch of transactions.

      Here's the problem with any advice - without a country of residence listed, there's no way to know if paypal is available for the person asking about it.

      To be afraid to check out a site or apply because of things you've "heard" is not the way to do business. Go to the paypal site - see if it is available to you where you live - read the terms and rules - and apply.

      Paypal does not always hold your money for a number of days - depends on type of sales, etc. That's why you can rely on "facts" posted everywhere - they are based on the person's experience and your own experience may be different.

    Where do you live?

    In some countries, PayPal is completely disabled, in some others, you're allowed for personal accounts only and can't open a biz account or receive money.

    Check the site for details.

    go to paypal site, create an account. there are three types, 1. personal 2. premier 3. business. I suggest premier or business type of account. Paypal is limited in some countries, but your account will be limited if it is not verified. If your account is unverified, you can't withdraw money or your transactions are limited.

    Paypal accounts are verified using credit/debit cards.

    It's been years since I set up my account, but if I remember correctly, you will need to fax in some ID docs to them before you can do big volume.
