How do you create a graphic like this?

I'm trying to make a graphic like this for my cb product.

How do you go about doing this? lol

use Photoshop...

I'd say that's about 30 layers worth of work

It's definitely Photoshop...

If you don't have any skills using photoshop pay someone that does and best of all it would only cost you around $50 at any Elance type website.

Leave it to the professionals who are good at those stuff and who know what they are doing. Photoshop or Gimp.
