Clickbank product denied - Questions if you can help

Hey guys, I submitted a product to clickbank an ebook to clickbank a few weeks back, it was approved, but I had decided to go another way and give the book out free. I requested a refund, added affiliate links to the book, gave it out free. Now (sadly), I just my mind for the last time, and said I'm going to put it back on clickbank, so I submit the same product under another account (the other account was closed), and they just denied my ebook...

The didn't give any explanation whatsoever, just said "due to security concerns"...

Is it because they dont want to allow me to submit the product again, or because of the affiliate links in the book?

thanks for your help

The best thing to do is to reply to the person that denied you. It may take three days to get a response, but at least you will know what they mean by "security concerns" and you will be able to fix the problem. Asking us here to read the mind of the reviewer is just going to result in a bunch of speculation. Go straight to the source if you want a real answer.

thanks, thats what I did immediately. Just wanted to see if the 2 things I pointed out (affiliate links / already submitting the product) was blatantly against the rules, as thats the only 2 things I can even remotely see is wrong.

Nothing of what you mentioned is blatantly against the rules. But the fact that you requested a refund and then want it to get approved again might have led them into believing your product is being "stolen" or something and thus the "security reasons".

Explain them your situation and they should help you in this case.

Hi webfighter, I did explain, and got a really short answer, basically repeating the same thing . They still wouldn't explain what the "security precautions" were...

I just replied one more time, going into even more detail.. I offered to fax in my ID and birth certificate... I said I will do anything to satisfy the security precautions... *sigh*.. well, only time will tell depending on their next reply... I just cant believe they are refusing to give me any clarity AT ALL so far... I'm amazed...

Or they may be concerned that you will be asking for a refund again. It is possible that they have flagged you. Think about it... when you made the original purchase, they had to assign a real person to do the due diligence on your product. After that was done, you asked for a refund. Maybe they see you as the risk and do not want to risk anymore employee time on you.

I hear you. But wouldn't you think of a company of this size and magnitude could be a little more forthcoming and curteous if thats how they REALLY feel? I know this is not th time to feel sorry for myself, but jeez. I'd be suprised too if I went in walmart tommorow and got snubbed becaused I got a refund on something and then changed my mind and tried to buy it again. This is something they should clearly state in their terms and conditions if they have a problem with it, not basically give me the cold shoulder with no explanation at all.

But hey, it is what it is. Nothing really suprises me anymore. I just expected a little more from the number 1 affiliate company on the internet.
