Article Marketting : What is wrong with this ?

Hi warriors,
I am a newbie in IM and I want to learn from you guys, I have been struggling for nine months but I am determined to break the jinx before next year. I am trying to gon into article marketing but I have a question.

What's wrong in writing about easy weight loss diet and then write about fast weight loss diets ??

The 2 topics are not only similar but the same but can I still write about them??
