How Do You Value Web Properties?
My question is how do you value a website, YouTube account, and e-mail list when trying to sell it. I've got a website that makes anywhere from $50-$60 a month just with adsense since that's all i got on it, could probably make more with affiliate offers (I'm just too lazy). Also have a youtube account that has over 700 subscribers and a video with over 138,000 views that drives traffic. And my e-mail list is only about 120 optins. so based on this information how much do you value a site package like this for? Thanks to everyone who helped me with this problem.
