Do you market in Asia?

I see that most of us here target US only market segment of the entire internet user base. According to World Internet Usage Statistics News and World Population Stats Asia currently dominates about 40% of the entire internet population while the US only about 17+%.

Do you consider marketing in the Asian market? Are there affiliate networks made for Asian countries only? Or would it be quite hard to compete in since it's a non-english type of market?

A lot of people, especially those in the developing countries in Asia, like my country, have difficulties in understanding English so that may be a challenge.
