What Moves You Forward?

Everybody knows about it, everybody is talking about it, although who really has the willpower and consistency to permanently work on his attitude? The answer is very few people have it.

What makes the biggest difference between a successful and an unsuccessful person? I think these two types of human beings mostly seperate in thinking. Thinking is everything, our mindset is the catalyzer for our comming actions, that can either lead us to great success or forces us to mediocrity.

At first being totally aware about the way we react or behave is necessary for planning a change. Planning is a strong component to any results that we can achieve in our life, so action without planning is the reason why so many people fail.

Now I want to show you how you can plan your daily activities:

1) Create a plan and goal setting concept for
-40,20,10,5,1 years. You should also have long term goals such as health, fitness, education, family...The next step would be to put this goals into action in a monthly, weekly, and daily planner.

2) Stick with this concept and don´t cheat on your rules. When you do have bad habits, turn them into positve.
Make sure that you sustain the required attitude and mental shape.

3) When you reach one goal, set immediately a new.

That topic is a very in-depth case that´s crying for you fullest commitment and willpower, no matter how hard some times might seem.

One of the most frequent enemies of human nature is fear and self-doubt, anyway as stated previously you do have full controll over everything what you do right? Right.

So let´s completely see the world in a positve way, and let´s ignore what we can´t do, because it basically is nothing more than a freaking lie.

Hope you got out some amazing and effective value from this message.

Yours,

Gerald

    Very good message Gerald.

If you don't mind, I would like to add something to your second step.

Concentrate on your goal as much as possible everyday. After you've set your goals, write them down and set them someplace you will see multiple times everyday. Whenever you see this goal, tell yourself that you can and will achieve it.

For example, I have a sticky note next to my computer screen that has one of my goals written on it. Every time I see that piece of yellow paper, I repeat that goal to myself and think "I will achieve!"

That´s a very effective method, and I do also have
pieces of notes next to my monitor, and it works!

The more frequently you repeat positive affirmation,
suck as accomplishing your goals, the more likely
it is that you´ll ingrain this belief, and don´t want to
      let it go anymore!

      Keep going,

      Gerald
