Need advise on software product placement

I am the part of ukrainian software development team. We create smart marketing monitoring(tracking) software.
But when it comes to website we know nothing about dotcom marketing model on creating profitable websites. I mean quality 'sales page' where the software product will be saled! Therefor, we need your help.

Can you suggest me designer or webmaster who create stylish and usable landing pages for single software product? What the average price for such services?

Which kind of affiliate model would you suggest:
- own affiliate program (such iDevAffiliate) or
- regnow, plimus, avangate, etc? Which one most profitable?

Can you share with me popular banner networks and tell smth about another marketing strategies?
I know enough about seo and ppc. As to email-marketing:
Do I clearly understand that I need to collect my own email list based on guys who will submit his email on my site? Is there any mailing networks where I could submit my messages?
