My website renewal is UP...Should I renew with this Uptime Statistic?

Hey guys,

My website renewal is up. I'm not going to disclose who this hosting company is. Below you'll find my statistics for the uptime of this site. What do you think? Is this a good uptime?

    Most sites guarantee about 99%.

    That's what I thought. Maybe it's because I own the site but It's kind of irritating to me when it's down.

    if it is not a very critical site, such as online gaming, it is unnecessary to do upgrade. of course, the hosting should provide at least 99% up time without upgrade. and most good hosting will try to make down-time happen at night when not many people are online.

    I think most of the downtime happens at night but I have had instances when the site was down during the morning.
