Clicking but not buying? Is there anything else I can do?

Hello guys,

I've noticed that there are a lot of people who are reading the articles, clicking on the buy now button, but aren't purchasing. Is there anything else I can do, other then continue writing reviews and working at it?

I am in the process of loading about 20-25 articles, which I'm hoping should help out.

    Well, how many clicks have you gotten so far? If it's only like 100 it's too soon to tell, if you've gotten a thousand with no clicks then you can start to evaluate.

    Well, I guess that narrows it down, lol.

    The website went live last week, and so far I got a little over a 100 clicks and no sales.

    I guess back to the drawing board it is. I am trying to alter my writing style, cause if I'm not making money - I'm doing something wrong.

    100 clicks is nothing, especially for products that sell for over $100.

    Think about it, if you sold something at $100 for 100 clicks, that's an EPC of $1, that's very optimistic especially for bum marketing.

    With just over 100 clicks you can't really tell anything yet. Especially since even if you have a, for example, 2 per cent conversion rate, that doesn't mean you will get 2 sales out of 100 visitors. You could have 200 or even more visitors without a sale and then get 4 or 5 sales in a row.

    Just keep on doing what you are doing right now and keep an eye on the sales. Then, if you haven't had one after 500 or 1000 unique visitors, it might be worth investigating why that is

    I also have got the same problem with my site. I have got about 190 visitors in the last 10 days, according to google analytics, with over 650 pageviews but is yet to generate a sale from amazon. Only got about 4 clicks on amazon affiliate link.

    I agree, 100 clicks is not a representative sample... You may get 3 buys in your next 100 clicks. Wait a bit, if it is still not at 1-2% change your offer and test, test, test.

      It doesn't really matter how many clicks did you get, what matters is from where.

      Were they some random stumblers or people specifically looking for what you're offering?

      I guess it's time for you to jump deeper in Analytics and find out where is your traffic coming from...

    Volgin is right on...

    It depends on the source of the traffic. I've had affiliates that send in 1000's of junk visitors from a paid to surf program with no conversions, then other affiliates that mail to their high quality list and covert 18% of their visitors.

    Not all traffic is created equally.
