    If you are trying to rank for the article in search engines then you want:

    Keyword to be used in title
    Keyword to be used in first sentence of description

    If you want some hints on popular headings check out social bookmarking sites such as Digg and see what titles stand out

    Personally I do not really focus on what Google wants.. just focus on giving good content. Like JamieSEO mentioned see similar content in authority sites & use that concept & presentation style.. Google will automatically wag its tail.

      Both the above! Unique content brings good backlinks. Getting your keywords in the title, meta, first paragraph etc will definitely bring more organic search traffic. Properly written articles generally win over spun content.
