exact keyword with high yielding searches

INTERNET MARKETING

This may seem stupid but I picked up a website with almost 700,000 searches and over a million global searches a month. I ended up getting the exact keyphrase and the competition is super low.

Is this site worth much? I mean I would think so but...

I was thinking of actually building a site and maintaining selling items but am unsure.
