Custom Suit Site Dilemma
This is my first post. I have always learned from this site and I look forward to succeeding with all of you.
Here is my dilemma. I moved from the US to a foreign country in to start a custom suit company. I am in the process of finishing my e-commerce site, and I currently have it live, just and now just tweeking it. Where I am at, it is hard to get American's to get pictures in suits, and right now it is hard to find a place in my budget for this. I have been using pictures off of other sites to show some of the suits my Tailors can design. I remember hearing in a Dan Kennedy CD, that if you use someone elses name, they will first send you a cease and desist letter. At that point you can remove the picture. On the other hand I heard from one of my suppliers out here that one of his associates got sued for 10,000 dollars for using one pictures. This is just a temporary solution until the company gets more profitable Which of these two cases is usually true? Would you do it this way? Does anyone have any better ideas?
