Ask reference for CDN..

INTERNET MARKETING

I was told by a friend to host several file and video on CDN, as this is new to me, i wonder if i could get reference for reliable CDN providers for starter.

i look at amazon cloudfront: Amazon CloudFront
is this one of CDN ? because i can't find the word 'CDN' there.. click on their product's and get confuse with all the jargon..

hope someone help me understand this..

CDN = content delivery network.

Most people Use Amazon S3.

I have just started using Rackspace cloud and finding it alot easier to use (simple interface to upload files).
Most CDN's are extremely fast and pretty much have 100% uptime which is great.

Content delivery network - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As you can see if you search, Amazon CloudFront is on that page (as is a good list of other CDN's)

  So... which one is better.. S3 or Cloud Front.. the description is bit too technical... the thing i mostly understand is "Pay for only for what you use"..
