What is each lead in aweber worth to you

I am asking this because I was once told that each lead on average is worth $1 to you per month if you have healthy leads.

So if I have 1000 subscribers in my aweber account, I should be making $1000 a month , and if I have 10,000, I should be making $10,000 a month.

Without getting into any personal details, would you guys like agree or disagree with the statement above? Please let us all know your numbers

I disagree. Not because you're necessarily wrong, but because they are a myriad of variables that go into calculating your subscriber value. If you have established consistent conversion numbers and have a predictable product mix, it should be pretty easy to figure out.

Some people have a list of 1,000 people that make them 10k per month (usually it's a BUYERS list) and others have a list of 1,000 and they make $14. It all depends on what kind of overall marketing system you have. It depends on your product mix, your front-end, back-end sales funnel, upsells, cross-sells, loss leaders, the quality and quantity of your traffic, the relationship with your list, etc.

You can calculate it for the month, per annum, and after a while you can figure out your lifetime value of your subscribers / leads. Once you've got a system and product mix in place and know your conversion numbers, only then will you truly know the value of your subscribers / leads, assuming you're in the products / service business.
