Hiring Programmers Legal Agreements Help

Recently I've hired a programmer to program some platform and I was wondering is there any protection or agreement forms that we need to make the programmer sign such that if our programs are "secretly" resold in other places or being copied, we can sue this programmer?

Does anyone have this kind of experience before?

a non-disclosure form is at best.

You can draft a generic non-disclosure agreement or better yet, use a third party service like sertifi for a formal, electronically signed contract and/or agreement. You can enforce copyright claims but I'm not sure about suing. Most of the time, a signed agreement is enough to discourage contractors from ever thinking of reselling or copying a work done for you.
