Using Tweet adder to generate youtube subscribers

Hello all. I'm just wanting your thoughts on this idea I had to try and up my youtube sub list.

I have 10,000 twitter followers. I basically posted a tweet saying "subscribe to me on youtube and I will pick one of you and award $200 via paypal." Within half an hour I had 25 new subscribers. Might not seem like alot...

But I thought, if I bought tweet adder or another software (recommendations?) and bought 100 twitter accounts, and followed the maximum 1000 people per day on each account. Following 100,000 people per day, maybe possible?

What do you think of that? I'm a bit of a newbie. Just wondering if it'd work, I dont see any reason why not, if tweet adder works for all of those amount of accounts. Obviously, I'm not trying to increase the followers like most, just get people on my twitter page, so they can see the tweet.

Any help would be much much apppreciated.

    Twitter is definitely a great place to look for subscribers and generate video views. Your plan seems pretty solid. What I would suggest, however, is to experiment with your idea on a smaller level before jumping in and buying twitter accounts.

    There are applications out there that actually add friends on youtube for you. Now friends don't always guarantee subscriptions, but, from what I have seen, if you friend and subscribe to someone they'll more than likely return the favor.

      well, I bought tweetadder, and have started doing it, with 7 twitter accounts last night, left my computer on all night and I have 100 new subscribers.
      It's alot of work, but if I get 100 twitter accounts all doing this - this could be huge.

      The ironic thing is, using twitter is more effective for promotng youtube, than youtube is haha.

    I think you need to be careful with having a large amount of twitter accounts as twitter does not allow this and can check your I.P address
    Twitter can produce a lot of traffic which can be converted to subscribers and then to sales.

    I think you've got the wrong idea about Twitter and how to use it. Whilst it is easy with a tool like Tweet Adder to target followers in a particular niche, you also need to interact with them and be interesting.

    And forget about following 1,000 people per day - that doesn't happen. Once you're past 2,000 followers it's safe to follow no more than 10% more than the number of followers you have. So, if you have 3,000 followers, it's safe to follow up to 3,300 people in total. Over that and you could risk having your account banned.

    A lot of Twitter users won't follow you back unless you're interesting. So take some time to think about what you'll tweet. If the only thing you tweet about is your You Tube page, you won't get much interest.

    Unfortunately you can't follow more than 2000 users unless 2000 user (A little less) follow you back. And be careful about following too much in one day. Twitter may ban your account.

      This is an old thread, after alot of experimenting fromthe original premise - my youtube now has over 50,000 subscribers in just a few months.
      So, it obviously worked

        congrats! did you offer money or something else? it feels like to offer money might not bring the right people to your pool, unless you sell "make money fast" products.

      That's right Sandra. As I want to build a loyal fanbase for my stuff, I didn't offer money, I just said "see my stuff and subscribe if you wanna see more." Infact the original post here is a long way away from how my strategy works by now. It took alot of trial and error, about 100,000 (literally) twitter accounts banned, but I have a system now, that as well as not been annoying and spammy, also works better.

      I also ditched tweet adder. It is crap. It takes so long to set up each profile, you need to keep going back to profiles to set up a new list, and it also slows down computer alot. You also cannot let each profile use the same list as to who you've followed/messaged etc, so you easily end up messaging the same person countless times, on different profile.

      I use tweet attacks now. It is absolutely unreal. It's so much better than tweet adder - I could write countless reasons why. Just set it up once, and leave it running.

        A little bit more clarity with bullet points would we nice.
        Are you having to use proxies?
        Is it a simple case of mass creating accounts and getting them to follow and then sending out a message?

        Thanks for the info guys. I have just been using facebook and etsy for getting my products known. I will definitely be making the jump to youtube and twitter now after hearing your stories!

    hahaha ye use software, but if you want to keep your accounts active, don't add 1,000 people a day oh and if you're going to do it, ensure you're using proxies for each account.

    I've basically created a video course on how to do exactly what you're talking about (see my sig).
