how to reach 1shoppingcart members? order fulfillment

I'm wondering if anybody here knows what is the best forum or venue to introduce a plugin to 1shoppingcart users? They don't seem to have a forum and going through the marketing team has not gotten me too far.
Basically, we just launched a plug-in that completely automates 1shoppingcart with our order fulfillment platform.
We've done this with Zen-cart, CREloaded, Shopify, Prostores, Miva and others in the past and marketing to the community has been easy through the companies or through the affiliated forums.
