Hi Warriors, I wanted to ask which seminars or conferences are you attending next year or which one you attended in the past and you would recommend in terms or content (as opposed to fluff or a pitching bonanza) and JV opportunities. I can't believe that the Rhodes brothers are both part-time. Where do they find the time to do all this stuff? They are definetely an inspiration to many with the empire they're building in their spare time.

I have a workshop in march in austin (workshop not seminar - no pitching) and it's expensive, and only for my VIP clients. Other than that, I'll go to any seminar that's in and around Austin this year.

I'll attend any event I can with the usual suspects mastermind group.

I'll pay attention to any event about growing a business - not just marketing - because I want to throw such an event in France as soon as I break 7-figures.

Mass Control in Sandy Eggo in February. All that Mass Control schnazz patrol stuff doesn't work. I just go for the food, cuz Kern drops about 250K into breakfast and snacks. ;-)

I'll also be at the Earn 1K a Day IM Summit... it's not a "pitch fest" like so many others. The speakers, myself included, will be there to really provide killer information. And, it's going to be a relatively small group (100 seat max including speakers), so you'll get to really rub elbows with the likes of Willie Crawford and other power-house marketers shown in my sig.

Hand in the air here, going to Yanik Silver’s Underground 5 in DC in Feb.!! I’ve been to all these Undergrounds but one, I think. They totally ROCK! All thumbs and fingers up!

Yanik’s events are unique in that speakers must meet his criteria. (See his site for details). And this is one major plus I look for, for solid business growth all year long.

Yanik helps you target what works for you with special handouts and a kit of materials to take home that you’ll use and mark up with highlighters, pen…you name it…all year long. It’s great.

Note: Many other events MAY have a flyer you can take home at best, if you’re lucky. Forget about follow up goodies. You’re on your own, dudes

Seriously. If you cannot put even the smallest bit of something to work from the info you get with Yanik’s event and make money, you’re just asleep…or need to go back and review your materials or something.

Example:

At the last Underground I attended, Willie Crawford was there, and he and I both put some info to work immediately using laptops within minutes of the presenter’s sharing of his “secrets.” And it did make a difference in internet marketing just that fast.

1) JVAlerts –there’s one coming up in Orlando (I think this is it: Ken McArthur's - jvAlert Live! no affil - plus I don’t have his squeeze page, so sign up to get on his list).

If you can’t find at least a half dozen people to network with, see host Ken McArthur. Ken’s a super host, if there is such a term. If there isn’t, there should be. You can meet IMers of all levels here from newbies to gurus, and you get opportunities to network with any and all right there over soft drinks during breaks and other networking activities that Ken lines up throughout the event period.

Again have camera in hand, folks! And mingle.

2) Carl Galletti’s Internet Marketing Super Conference in Las Vegas

If you’ve never been to Vegas – or even if you have – this event is a real treat, even if you’re not into drinking and / or gambling. There is just SOOO much to do, see and enjoy in Vegas – combined with Internet marketing addiction = one fantastic experience!

Cameras aren’t much good inside casino areas where there is not only gambling but games like BINGO, great dining and all types of entertainment, zoo animals, circus acts...you name it. A lot is free! You can even enjoy evening strolls down the strip watching free live shows, too, inside and outside casinos.

All levels of marketers can get plenty out of all the events above. And if you can bring family, go for it.

My hubby, son and my son’s best buddy have met Willie Crawford and other IMers all over, even gotten great advice from them.
