I know that SUPER is a hefty download...

The tool that I use is Pazera Free Video to Flash Converter. I have used it many times and it works for me! Also it's a 2 meg download!

I spent ages fiddling around with free stuff and also some demos of paid stuff. In the end I found only one program that actually DOES do what it claims, reasonably quickly too, and very user friendly, which was... lemme look..

Eltima "Toolbox"

I needed it as I bulk purchased about 200 vids and needed em converted. If you'll hardly ever use it go for a freebie but if you're going to be converting videos regularly this is worth having.

I found this software on download.com. (Just posted, if anybody might need it.)

So far it is working OK and converting FLV files.
