incomplete code, need coder

I have a half complete website that needs finished. I had an coder from India working on it and he has become ill and may not be able to finish. Anyone out there care to send me an estimate? View the work so far at cctdietdiarydotcom. The site is a diet and exercise diary for a fitness website and I have the databases in Excel format that will provide the info, I simply need someone who will code the part of the site that will take values from one table(food db) and subtract the other table(exercise db) and indicate the difference (bmr db). Please advise!
