IM is a lonely journey, how do you cope?

Now that you have been in IM for awhile, you will realize that its a lonely road to success. Every date your wake up doing the same thing in order to keep your biz running. The only comunication you have with the outside world are email corresponses with your outsourcers.

What are you doing to keep yourself sane from loneliness?

I hear you there. I never really had an understanding of why there are so many internet shops around, it's easy to see now after working from home day in and day out.

Make it a point to go outside a few times a day. Otherwise you will go insane.

Join a gym, take martial arts, take a painting or cooking class.

I'm do full time IM and I moved home to take care of my ailing mom full time, I can't do that with a 9-5.

Working from home has the amazing advantage of making your own hours, make those hours work for you, not against you..

By making friends. It's a little scary sometimes to have to figure it out alone. I don't know how I survived all this while alone.

You need friends, masterminds, etc to really motivate you and pull you through. Make friends. That's the best option.

Once I turn full time to IM, guess I'm gonna sign up for yoga or pilates class and jogging daily. Otherwise, it sounds really scary to stick at home all the times.

At some point you got to leave what you are doing and go outside. I have a 9 to 5 but that's sitting inside an office the whole time, and when i get home it's to work in front of my PC for my IM biz, so it can get pretty lonely at time.

That's why I usually play sports or visit friends during weekends, just a few hours each time, this can really help recharge your batteries.
