    Hi Norman,

This is not my product. You would use this the same as if you use a whiteboard for video's or use webinars etc. instead of using a conferencing software like gotomeeting you can use this and invite people to the whiteboard via email.
best thing to find out about it is to check it out

I use something similar on my Mac - Conspire - Collaborative Virtual Whiteboard for Mac OS X - Pocket Sevens

Conspire is a collaborative internet whiteboard app for Mac OS X 10.5 or higher. It creates a whiteboard session that you can share across your local network or the internet, allowing you to easily sketch out ideas with remote coworkers, freelance clients or just about anyone, just as you would if you were all standing around a real whiteboard.
Click here for a quick video tour of Conspire!
Conspire sells for $19. If you would like to try it first, you can download the demo.
Sometimes I'll write something on the whiteboard and then take a shot of it with http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/ - to use as graphics or even as a masthead or logo. It's a lot of fun. Like this -

Thanks for sharing, I especially like the team option as you can talk via Skype and video conference as well. With file sharing up to 250MB and secure access, it looks like it's a pretty powerful tool. While it doesn't have screen sharing (at least I don't see it from browsing through the features), co browsing is almost as good. At the introductory price of $10 per month, it looks like a pretty good deal...have you tried it yourself? If you have, please share your findings.

Yes, it'd be great for collaboration especially when it's not in real time, and you have people from different geographical locations working on a project together.

What seems cool is that I can use their widget on a page (say inside of our membership site) where anyone (me or my members) can launch a whiteboard session.

That way - I could offer a weekly "whiteboard" training session where they can use the whiteboard to create scenarios or ask questions and I can create one to answer them...will definitely give this a try

Exactly what I was intending on doing Jeff,
Seems like it would be a viable solution without the need to call a webinar etc.
