Hey

I don't know if it is me just been dumb, but I have had my Bamboo Pen for sometime now but never actually used it! I am wanting to know use it more on webinars and in training in general.

The thing is when I plug it in all I want it to do is "Write on my screen" but it seems to be doing all sorts of things I don't want!

I didn't know if I need to download an application or something special!

So if there are any bamboo owners please step forward...

Didn't it come with a CD/DVD with the software and/or drivers you need to install?

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

There is a file you want to download from the site.

Go through the training videos. The pen can act like a pen and a mouse. And sometimes when you push on that little thingamabob on the side you'll inadvertently give it a command you may not want.

Check to see if you have "write anywhere" on (preferences). That will give you the option to use the pen to convert your handwritten text to typed text. And if you're trying to draw you don't want it converting to typed text.
