Need Help With Outsourcing My Telemarketing

Hi guys - I need some help and direction for outsourcing telemarketing. Now I have heard the best place is to do so in the Philippines but I don't know who to use.

Any Warriors here ever outsource there telemarketing business?

    There many outsourcing sites on which you can have connection to the Philippines. One outsourcing site that is popular is onlinejobs.ph....There are a lot of unemployed possible employees there which you can select and be interviewed according to your needs.

      I think one thing to keep in mind is just what you want to accomplish with your telemarketing and who your audience is.

      If the focus is on sales calls and conversions, you might want to consider professional telemarketers (even though they may cost more).

    There are many companies who are doing Appointment Setting, Telemarketing and many more. I have good experience with Intelemark company who is expertise in many things. They are good in appointment setting. From this get many profit and expand my business.

    This is my process for hiring.

    1. go on onlinejobs.ph and post "american company hiring telemarketer"
    2. you'll get 50-150 emails. shoot them an email with 3 qualifying emails.
    3. if they answer all 3, go for an interview. if they don't answer the 3 questions, it means that they can't follow instructions.
    4. interview them (a lot of em claim they are good but have a very thick accent)

    When you have 6-9 employees, you won't need onlinejobs.ph anymore. When you hire "stars" for your team, they'll refer you to their friends who are also a "star" player.
