Need Tips for Using Scrapebox the Whitehat Way?

I just purchased Scrapebox and am getting the hang of it. I want to use it for my money pages (or soon to be) but seem to find blogs that are just spammed to death already. Anyone have an ideas/techniques to find blogs to comment on that arent spammed a ton already.

      I just became a member (same user name as here) so can you please direct me to the video that has the techniques for this?

      Also, I posted a question to your forum already thats different then this but it hasn't been answered yet, see question by sl19. Thanks and your Scrapebox program has been very helpful so far.
