Ezine articles - Stucked with ideas to write about!

Hello!

I am still a novice and I am in the process of writing Ezine articles on a particular subject. The problem I have is that after writing 10 articles, I am now stucked and find it out to think of new ideas (I have still got 40 to write). I have heard about "article spinning" .

Can anyone shed some light on this.

I apologise in advance if this question has already been answered.

Thanks

You will have to spin them to a very high standard if they are to be approved by EzineArticles

I agree with Jackson. It's not easy to get spin-ed articles approved. It's better to use original and then after it's approved, re-purpose it and use on your website.

By the way, you said that you have 40 more article to write. If you are not platinum level yet, is better to write 10 high quality article and get the platinum status at one go. Will save you lot's of submission time in future.

The best way to get more article ideas is by reading more, read forum threads, setup Google alerts for topics you are writing about - that's the best way I get my ideas.

Use the Google Wonder Wheel for ideas. That's what I do.

    Hope that helps!

Plus type in your niche topic into youtube and watch other peoples videos / content and write about what you hear. . .

Weird, I just wrote an article about this after being stumped for ideas myself. Here's a couple of suggestions (in no particular order):

Amazon - Go to Amazon and type your keyword in the search box. Keep it as broad as possible. It will come back with books, and possibly products, related to your term. I get tons of ideas I hadn't ever thought of by doing this.

Good old Google Keywords Tool - again, use a broad term. Download the terms it comes back with, then go back and paste some of the terms back into the search box. You should come up with a decent list of related terms.

Magazines or Newsletters - Look for any industry mags or newsletters for your niche. Many publications offer these online now. This is a great way to spot trends and come up with ideas for writing about new things coming out in your niche.

The Wonder Wheel was a great suggestion - I love that thing!

I strongly suggest you find another approach to doing online marketing. Either that, or hire an aggressive, detail-oriented editor who will smack you for using improper English and poorly phrased questions!

Just because article marketing is relatively easy to do, those who cannot write should NOT do it. Sorry to hammer you like this, but there's enough bad content on the 'Net already!

You need more content to write those extra 40 articles.

You can get it here :

      1) Google search results

      2) Youtube

      3) Ezinearticles.com and Goarticles.com

      4) Yahoo answers

        Hi Beatrice,

You, yourself said you were a novice.

Perhaps Vince could have used a bit more tact, but he has a point. If your articles are like your post (and they may not be, which is fine), then you need to sharpen your writing skills.

Please take this as an attempt to be helpful.

'Stucked' is not a word. And I'm not sure what "find it out to think of new ideas" means. I'm guessing you meant 'tough', 'difficult' or 'hard' instead of 'out'. Or, maybe you meant you're having a hard time "thinking out new ideas"? (Even though the word 'up' may be preferred, I could let 'out' slip by in some cases.)

So, as long as you're writing articles and submitting them, why not work on becoming an even better writer at the same time?

        All the best,
        Michael

Nope. Tact, in this case, would be counterproductive. Smack 'em down hard and fast. It's the kindest tack to take, when someone is trying to do something beyond his or her abilities.

I agree that you should find something else to do. If its not fun you will never be able to keep up with that pase for months, which is what is necessary to get any results.

Try for example forum marketing, SEO or something else that is more fun

                ..just a quick update!

Thank you very much to all those who made positive suggestions. I have already started to implement a couple of them like Amazon and You tube.

                This forum is GREAT!

Grow up! I was "negative" to you because you cannot write well. If that's a weakness, get someone else to do it.

If you were bleeding to death, I would help you stop the bleeding. Would you then say to me, "Don't tell me I'm bleeding to death! That's negative!"

        Sheesh!

        Beatrice,
I used to visit the library and book stores (brick & mortar), but the Internet makes it so much easier to do this...

        1) Go to Amazon.
        2) Find a book written specifically for your intended niche.
        3) Look through index and the table of contents (if it has "look inside" feature).

        example:
        1) Found book on holistic health.
        2) Noticed it has chapters referring to "Herbs that helps relieve stress"
        3) Now, create your own title for your article:

"The Five Best Stress Relievers On Planet Earth"

Now all you have to do is:
        1) Read a couple articles on this subject (if you're not savvy to this topic),
        2) Write out some bullet points, choosing ones that are the most informative.
        3) Use these bullets as sub heads throughout your article.
        4) Write about each subhead (directly below each subhead).
        5) Bold the subheads.
        6) and there you have it... Your cool, "original" article.

        Hope this helps!

Use the 'Get Title Suggestions' button on Ezine Articles, just put your keyword and EZA will give you 20 keyword density title suggestions to work with.

Sometimes when you have a good title the body of your article could circle around it and is easier to write about, especially if you have a template (hint: search in this forum for article templates).
