Best Product to Learn Affiliate Marketing Fast?

I have been reading the review forum and I wanted to see what you guys thought was a good cheap product to start out with and is it worth $50 or whatever to learn this stuff? Some say dead beat affiliate. Some say don't buy anything just read here. Should I save the money to buy domains or something else? I would like a cheap tried and true step by step but what are your thoughts warriors?

I personally bought 'google sniper' a long time ago and learned a lot about affiliate marketing, as well as setting up a website, etc. You can probably learn a ton from here, but if you're looking for a fast way to learn, that's my suggestion.

I have hosting and some domains with wordpress blogs and a html site. I haven't made any sales. I know how to set up basic stuff, just not how to make money as an affiliate. I am promoting products but I want to learn how to promote most effectively start to finish.

This a bit of a loaded question. There are many who would swear by a particular course or guide on IM, while others would declare that very same course useless. All of us learn or grasp info differently, the trick is finding out what is most effective for you.

Exactly! But I don't want to spend money on tons of courses to see which one works for me. Thats why I posted this so I could find what works for others and "piggy back" off that.

Are you brand new to affiliate marketing and starting with little or no knowledge or are just trying to build on what you already know?

I have been learning for several months from all the free stuff I can get which has shown me how to set up hosting, blog, set up html site, affiliate networks to use, the basics... I have a few affiliate sites and a resell rights product and I have no sales. I need to learn how to "Optimize" the site, on page seo, proper backlinking, article marketing, and how to promote offers and get sales to convert.

    BradRich,

I tried sending you a PM, but I don't quite meet the post quota. I don't want to draw the ire of the moderators by posting links on the board that could be considered self-serving.

I would save your money and just learn on here. You can post any questions you have and people here are real friendly. I also find getting info on here better because you can get a variety of answer. If you buy a product your kind of "hearded" into doing the things that made them successful. What worked for them won't necessarily work for you. I like getting all my info here because like I said the variety of answers. Its like playing poker if you really want to get better than talk to the pros. This is just the place that allows you to do that. Hope this helps.

I would read before committing money. However it is dressed up, with tricks and nuances, the basics of affiliate marketing are pretty much the same whatever method you read.

This is a very good forum where you can get lots of answers to your questions. So whatever your question is post it on the forum and you will get answers instead of buying the products and not learning much from it,

I've put up a step by step tutorial on my own website (If you click on one of the links in my signature, just look for the article called "Making Money Online for Beginners") and you don't even have to give me your email address to try it out and it's free. It takes you through setting up an article marketing campaign to promote Varolo, but Internet marketing is one of those things where once you've set up and run one campaign you know the basics of how to do them all and it's just a matter of fine tuning from there.

I know you can learn everything you need to know about Internet marketing from forums and free material online, but it's hard to find a logical step by step process--I think it's the organization of information more than anything that you pay for when you buy a product.

there is so much to learn in internet marketing but I guess results varies from person to person. You dont need to learn everything and some things work for some and dont for others.

The best thing to do is to work real hard, try different things and see what is best for you. There are many great ebook all around here but they dont all work for everyone.

It's true, but for the people who are starting out, they don't know anything and don't know what to do. They need guidance.

Mark Ling's affiloblueprint is really solid for a beginners guide. Or if you just want a solid model thats pretty proven over the long haul. There is nothing earth shattering in it but it is very complete and covers more then other products on affiliate marketing that I've seen recently.

Edit: But It's not $50. I think it's $147 or something like that

Deadbeat Super Affiliate is very good and a reasonable price, but.... it is all about promoting physical products, so it might not be what you are looking for if you want to promote digital delivery products.

Although the concepts and ideas can still be used for digital delivery with some moderation.

    BradRich,
You ask is it worth $50 to "learn this stuff". What is it you are referring to learn for $50? don't take that wrong, I am not being critical, I just want to understand what you are proposing to learn. In addition you ask if you should save the money to buy domains, do you have a site yet? If not I say Bravo for doing some research prior to building a site and then finding out you have commited your blood, sweat, and tears to something that you cannot compete with.
There is no cheap tried and true step by step guide. If there was such a thing we would all be too busy counting the $$ to be here sharing ideas.

Learn Affiliate Marketing from the Super Affiliate Guy is sensational, with the added bonus of listening to AndyGs glorious Swiss accent throughout. From memory it is less than $80 and gets you limited-time access to SuperFastResults forum (which is worth even more than the product IMHO).

Buy Andrew Hansen's "Unstoppable Affiliate" course. Outstanding and bang up to date. Search for reviews on here.

hang out in affiliate marketing forums, and learn from the top posters, or well know identities.

This has taught me alot, and plus normally the big affiliate marketers will hang out in there, they just want use their names, and stick out. They will give advice but.

Myself I hang out with very reputable affiliate marketers here in OZ.

they say you are the same as the 4 people you hang out with day to day.

So I try to hang out with smarter people than me. (which is not that hard by the way LOL)

It's funny that you can't find an affiliate marketing guide. Most of the good ones are expensive. Just stick to the wso's because there's so much information on it there and it's a lot cheaper.

I agree with everyone who's encouraged you to get active in good internet marketing forums such as this one. You can learn a lot about what works by reading posts plus forums are a great way to pick a topic and educate yourself or even get introduced to an IM approach you may not have considered otherwise.

As far as a really well written step-by-step guide sticking to the more traditional approach to internet marketing (i.e. picking a niche, doing your research, & creating your own killer product) read Anik Singal's Empire Report. He gave it out as a freebie to lead up to a service he was promoting but it is very exhaustive (158 page free report describing exactly what he did to become successful). Google it & you should find a copy for free somewhere I'm sure.

I recently bought Income Times Ten... And did a review about it on one of my blogs. Go read about it...

Tons of video, and a cool way to find niches. His intro video is kinda cheesy but overall it's a solid program.

The review is the first link in my signature. Enjoy!
