Your going to need to do a lot more than post some articles up. You are going to promote via social networks and web 2.0, maybe do some forum marketing, social bookmarking, blog commenting on related blogs with relevant comments and being helpful, yahoo answers and be helpful there as well. Might be good to test the products and markets with some PPC and some video marketing would be good but dont expect to do a little and make good money it takes a lot of effort time and hard work and lots of time for you to see any kind of good income.

    Good Luck,

    Mike

To answer your question: "what is the best way to sell affiliate products"

Build a list and promote affiliate products to that list. A list is the easiest way to make affiliate sales, especially if you build a really good relationship with that list.

However, how do we build a list? That comes back to using all the methods listed above by another poster to drive traffice to a squeeze page.

Your on a great start with the articles. Try to write and submit at least one a day (do 5 if you can) but instead of linking to a product, link to your squeeze page so you can build a list.

Yes, this is actually how I feel as well. I really can't see it any other way.

Stick to the products in one niche and concentrate on generating traffic in this niche that would be interested to buy your products. And the most important thing - you need as much traffic as you can get.

    1) Backlink your articles, ping and tweet about them

It sounds like OP doesn't even have a website of his own?? Or am I just reading into it wrong. If you don't, you should definitely start there and then get lots of backlinks to it.

    1. Generate traffic
    2. List building
    3. Build relationship.
    4. Offer your product

    That's all
