How do we put a note that "pops up" within a youtube video?

Hi guys,

I've seen youtube videos where a note or bubble appears while watching the video. Would you know how this is done?

    Assuming you've already uploaded the video - go to 'my videos' by clicking on your name (top right) then click 'edit' on a video and go to the annotations tab. This will show the following image



    The center button that displays on the video is the 'add annotation' button, which lets you choose bubble types and colors, as well as content and when it appears.

      Once you are in the area that Bane showed you...You can add different kinds of pop ups, indicate exactly where you want them in the video and also adjust how long you want the annotations to show for in your video.

    yeah, you can select the length for the annotations to appear as well
