How do I get my 'hoplink' to show up as 'click here' in ezine articles?

Last time I submitted an article I put in the link actually to my blog for ezine since you can't put direct hoplinks on ezine but it just showed up as the website address.

How do I do it so it goes: If you want to learn more click here

Here being the link embedded in the word.
