Product Creator Or Affiliate Marketer?...

I'm probably jumping ahead of myself, but Im thinking of instead of promoting someone else's product or products. To just create my own product not in the IM NICHE

Ive read somewhere around here some people become pretty successful at this.

I'm sure theres more work involved, delivery of the product, refunds, paying affiliates, sales letter, mini site design, etc... but most of that can be outsourced.

Since I'm starting out and funds are limited. I'm wondering if there are places that already have products made for example ebook + sales page + squeeze page+ mini site + autoresponder etc, I'm not looking for necessarily all of that but a variation. I'm assuming thats considered plr?

Im thinking if i went and created a product on my own my cost would be pretty high

ebook $150.00

mini site $150.00

sales letter $ 300.00


Is there somewhere that offers products already made?..


is there any good wso's you can recommend on product creation?

      He said not in the IM NICHE. He's not trying to show he knows how to make money, he wants to create products.



      Alright Vapor, I hope I do well explaining this;

      A thirty page ebook packed with information can be done on your own in 2 weeks or less if you have a little bit of time and can work around google. Its about two pages a day... You can probably do that.

      Originality always helps... Remember that. A package already made, people will have already seen and gone.

      Ebook = Free

      Write your own sales letter, then have someone go over it or just ask the forum what they think.

      Sales letter = Free, or a small amount to review and improve it.

      The website you can pay for if you want a really nice website. You could also probably find wordpress templates or any kind of template for free. Wordpress is really easy to use. If you really wanted to, you could have someone build you a nice website for a wide range of price.

      Website = Free if use of wordpress

      Now, instead of PLR content, I'd find a inexpensive, yet effective writer, and have him write lets say.....5-10 articles to give people a taste of what your ebook offers.

      Content = $10-$50

      You need a domain name = $12

      Backlinks to a website = depends on who you go to, to get a price.

      So, if you put a mix of time and money, I'd say $50-$100 and quite a bit of time... Their are multiple WSOs you can find to help you out. Just search Product creation in the forum. I'm sure you'll find some WSOs at a decently low price and a step by step guide.

    I do apologise, I am really sorry.

    Although I do think that knowing your niche, whatever it maybe would be a sensible thing before selling a product to that market, whether it is IM or how to improve your golf swing.

    I have seen some WSO that offer products however, the cost involved is somewhat prohibitive, at least from a starting point, there are tons of PLR offers, out there, but the thing here is that you need to make that better mouse trap.

    You can get PLR at a decent price, just watch out for restrictions.

    One thing to keep in mind here, is that if you take say a PLR outline on how to insulate the walls in your home, and you expand on that by doing it yourself and doing a video and adding pictures and a PDF file then you have your own unique product with video and PDF, it belongs to you because it is your creation.

    Sure you may have had some starting point in a PLR product, but do not allow anyone to try and restrict your rights to produce your own product.

    I refuse to purchase any PLR product that seeks to restrict my rights to produce my own unique take or my own unique product from any plr material, that is the biggest misunderstanding in this marketplace,

    People believe they have the right to restrict other peoples rights, that is where you need to be careful, if you read the fine print and they say things like this is our stuff and no matter what you do it is still our stuff and you have to do like we tell you.

    Then do not buy it, always look for a license file, first, if there is not one ask for it, if they do not provide it dont buy it,

    As a matter of rule, about 70 percent of PLR is garbage. Sad but true.

      I've created my own info products (not in the IM niche) and done very well with them. There's nothing like owning and having control of the product. You never have to worry about not getting paid, the owner changing the deal etc.

      I've had times when I've done more affiliate marketing but my own info products continue to sell the best and most steady.

      One good way to keep the costs down is to test the waters with someone elses product as an affiliate and if you have good results, then invest your own product on the same topic.

    Hi Vapor,
    As far as Product Creator vs Affiliate Marketer is concerned, my answer is both.
    Selliing other peoples products for a commision, can be an excellent way of creating quick bursts of income, whilst having your own product gives you long term income.

    There are plenty of resources online that offer complete businesses in the box.The ones that come with PLR rights are obviously the better ones. Just use goolge and type plr content+yourniche and unless your into something really obscure im sure you will find something.
