Default What does it take to have any rate of success here at the Warrior Forum?

Yes, that is a real question. And I'd like the input of some fellow warriors on their experiences here, good and bad, as well as some serious insight into what it takes to have success on the forum. I'm very interested to find out what some of you may have to say, and hopefully I will learn something that will help me in the end.

In advance, thanks for your responses.

Gosh, there are so many ways you can use the information in this forum to your advantage I don't know where to start.

I've certainly found that the camaraderie on this forum is a great inspiration to 'keep you going' through the bad times.

Then there's the wealth of info and ideas in posts and WSO's. And some marketers have started their careers by useing the WSO section to put their products in front of a targeted audience.

My advice is to hang around and watch what other marketers are doing and put together a WSO or two that you think will be of value to forum members.

The quickest way to learn is to DO something!

Make great posts. Ask great questions - just like this one.

Keep your eyes and ears open.

When you gather quality information, share it with the forum. Give and you will receive. And if you receive first, make sure you give back.

Also, spend hours going through past posts. And don't forget to go back to the "old" site here: The Warrior Forum

There is a wealth of information from past posts.

Hope that helps a little...

Hi

I think it depends on what you mean by success.

Read as many of the posts as you can, learn as you go along but most of all start doing something.

We all help each other so it helps to give as well as receive.

Have you got a plan?

Mary

I've got several plans in order, but I'm currently working on a couple of info products (and have been for about 2 months). I don't intend to do long term promotions or anything, so I'll probably get some traffic going once the sites are up and make a few sales. Then I'll sell the domains and rights to the info products off to someone who has more interest in consistent sales. I like finding out new things and sharing them, so I don't look at it as a loss or anything. I just view it as an opportunity to develop other products that can be of some good use to people.

I would add my two pennies here as well. When you join it can be quite overwhelming, but it is also exciting as well. There are some very smart cookies in this forum and they do not mind sharing tips and tricks.

Read, read, read. Go to quick links at the top of the page and click on today's posts. Read as many of today's posts if you can, to keep abreast of what's current and hot. Then, on subsequent days just refrsh that page and you will get the best from all the forums to keep up with.

Yes it can be a lot of reading - but in the early days research and learning are your best buddies and will pay off dividends in the long run.

Don't be afraid to ask questions - you will always get answers!

I'd like to throw in a question in this thread if I can??? For some reason I can not start my own thread, not sure why, it might be I am just not clicking on the right spot. Also I have tried to make some signatures, but my "click here" comes up in blue and I get this message no color codes. But still I see a lot of signatures with color in them. It's horrible being a newbee, but learning fast.
Thanks
Dave
