How Much Would You Pay For This?

This is not an advert... not yet, anyway... I'm just trying to get an idea.

I'm thinking of selling off a couple of my sites but will only do it if I think it's worth it.

Here they are:
The Marketing Sleuth – Searching High And Low To Give YOU The Best Marketing Intelligence
Unarmed and Dangerous With The Guardian Combat Academy

Any advice at all would be appreciated.

I'm asking for help as I've never sold a site before.

    Looked at the sites and they seem OK. The question your asking cant really be anserwed as people would need to know:-
    1) How much traffic does the site get
    2) Does it rank for any keyword is so what keywords and what ranking
    3) Does the site produce any revenue and if so whats the historical revenue
    4) How many pages are indexed
    5) Is all the content unique
    Etc, Etc

    These are just some of the things people will want to know about your sites before anybody will give you a price.

    Have you looked at sites like Flippa to get an idea of what sites are worth.

    I buy a lot of websites, and here're couple of things I look when buying one:
    1. Unique > Unique content valued much more than duplicate content
    2. Domain name > Is it easy to remember, keyword domain, etc
    3. Domain age > How old is the domain name, is it dropped domain, etc
    4. Alexa Rank > Depends on how many visitors per month
    5. Page Rank > High page rank could mean high quality site (from google's perspective)
    6. Is it make money > You can sell 10x of income/month. i.e. made $100/month, then it can be sold for $1000 or more

    Not sure on how much you make /month from the sites, but from design perspective only, they would price < $50 each.

    Just my 2-cents. Good luck in selling the sites.

    Ditto all the above. You cannot tell how much a site is worth just by looking at the site. What are the site's assets: traffic, revenue, unique content, mailing list, etc.
